6 Ingredient Chick Apple Sausage Tortellini Dinner

Ingredients

  1. 1 package Chicken Apple sausage

  2. 2 med. Bell Peppers diced

  3. ½ med. Onion diced

  4. 1 Tbs Olive Oil

  5. 1 package 3 cheese Tortellini

  6. 1 jar Alfredo Sauce

Instructions

  1. In large stock pot boil water.

  2. Cut chicken apple sausage into medallions.

  3. Heat oil in large skillet/wok on medium heat.

  4. Add chicken apple sausage medallions, bell peppers, and onion into skillet/wok.

  5. Cook until chicken apple sausage medallions are browned and peppers and onion are tender.

  6. Place tortellini in boiling water for 4min.

  7. Strain tortellini.

  8. Add cooked tortellini in with chicken apple sausage medallions and veggies.

  9. Pour whole jar of alfredo sauce over everything and stir till all is coated.

  10. Serve

Tip

  1. Feel free to add whatever other veggies you enjoy.

  2. You can do this with other sausages like turkey too.

  3. Always remember to check your ingredients.
